Vershawn, Charlotte, David; sisters, Norma Pittman, Marvel (Dewey) Gaudette, Elvira Bilderback, Elva (Gene) Counard. Celebration of Phyllis' Life will be 5:30 p.m., Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation 3:00 p.m. until time of service.
