Gerald Rush

Gerald T. “Jerry” Rush, age 58, of Forest Lake, Minnesota, died Tuesday, March 3, 2020 following a short battle with cancer.  Jerry was a graduate of Forest Lake High School.  He made his career as a machinist at Twin City EDM.  In his free time, he enjoyed fishing and snowmobiling.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Reign and Catherine (Nyleen) Rush; seven siblings.  He is survived by his children, Val Torgerson, Jerome Rush, Josh Rush; grandchildren, Makenna, Alivia, Liam Torgerson; life partner, Tammy Anderson; Tammy’s children, Todd Wagner, Tayna Wagner, Joseph Anderson; bonus grandchildren; siblings, Doug (Nga) Rush, Jim (Denise) Rush, Ron (Anne) Rush, Sharon (Cecil Jr.) Waulk; other family and friends.

A Celebration of His Life will be held from 2:00-5:00 p.m., Saturday, March 7, 2020 at the American Legion Post 225, 355 West Broadway Avenue, Forest Lake, Minnesota.
