Tom Leonard, age 67, of Forest Lake, died unexpectedly while traveling April 5, 2006.
Preceded in death by parents, Tom & Sophie Leonard of Melville.
Survived by loving wife of 46 years, Ann; children, Wade (Debby), Lori (Burnell) Olson, Thomas (Donna); ten grandchildren; one great granddaughter; brothers, Jerry (Janet), Mark (Joann), and John (Joanne). Tom was a retired carpenter and member of Carpenter's Local 851.
Funeral Service 10:30am, Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at ST. PETER'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation 6-9pm, Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at MATTSON FUNERAL HOME, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake and from 9-10am on Wednesday at funeral home. Interment in Oak Park Cemetery.
