Terrie Trudeau

As was her style, Terrie wrote her own obituary.

Terrie Lynn Dirks was born June 21, 1963 and then one day she died. She leaves behind her favorite husband Teddy and her kids Tyler (Taylor) Belisle, Allie (Jake) Silbernagel, Ben Trudeau, and Ariel Trudeau (fiance, Graci), her granddaughters Melody, Tessa, Laura, Lilah, Eleanor, and Genevieve. Her sisters Lynnette (Terry) Tripp, Sharon Dirks, Ellen Dirks (Greg England), Brenda (Randy) Hunting, and brother Carl (Rhoda) Dirks, as well as so many nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins, and lifelong friends. Her mom and dad died before her. Her greatest love is her family and friends. She has so enjoyed living these past years at Over the Moon Farm with Teddy and their motley crew of pets, of which Lily is way above.

Memorials to the family are preferred, because let’s face it, flowers die and who needs to deal with more death? Also, her family will need therapy or a vacation after all of this.

A celebration of Terrie’s life will be held from 12-2 PM, at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, Minnesota. Masks are required.  There will be no refreshments due to Covid-19 but there will be all of her favorite music.
