Sophia ReneAC. Fleming, age 15, of Forest Lake, Minnesota passed away peacefully, while surrounded by family on Sunday, July 16, 2017.
She is survived by her mom, Lisa Fleming (fiancAC., Eric Hermansen); dad, Russ (Jeri Parkin) Fleming; brother, Jackson Fleming; grandparents, Dean & Ellie Funk of Brooklyn Park, Henry & Irene Fleming of Flagstaff, AZ; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 21, 2017 at Faith Lutheran Church, 886 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation 4:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation will continue one hour prior to service at the church. Interment at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Forest Lake. Memorials are preferred to the family. Please plant a tree in Sophie's honor.
