Ronnie Leon Lussier

Ronnie Leon Lussier, age 80, of Hugo, MN passed away on 9/5/2025 at his home with the love of his life, Linda, by his side after a long and courageous battle with illness. Ronnie was the best spouse, and I am so proud and blessed to have been his wife.

Ronnie had a wonderful sense of humor, a twinkle in his eye, easy going, very intelligent and ethical. Being self-taught he fixed anything and everything including being an excellent woodworker. Over the years he enjoyed playing cards, golfing, softball, coffee with the guys, travel, reading, blackjack at the casino and was a die-hard Vikings fan!

Survived by his wife, Linda, daughter Katrina Erickson (Matt), son Robb Lussier (Tammy), and daughter Kyria Tarnowski (Tim). Grandchildren Dylan, Joshua, Andrew, Jack, Kat, Ella, Cece, and twins Azy and Zoe. Brothers Larry and Gerald Lussier (Kathy), Grand Rapids, MN and sisters LaRae Cunningham, CA, and Wanda Kastenson (Daryl) WI.

Preceding Ronnie in death are his parents, Leon and Evelyn (Hunter) Lussier, sister Carolyn Hill and her husband Jim Hill, sister-in-law Lois Lussier (Larry), and brother-in-law Gary Cunningham (LaRae).

Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Private gathering at a later date.
