Robert Korf of Forest Lake, MN
August 23, 1952 - April 9, 2021

Robert, 68, passed away peacefully the morning of April 9, 2021.  He was born August 23, 1952, in St. Paul, Minnesota, the son of Herbert & Elizabeth Korf.  Robert was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his eight siblings Patricia (Randy) Benham, Marlene (Michael deceased) Husen, Deborah (Gene) Smeed, DeWayne (Mary) Korf, Therese (Tyler) Hahn, Gina Korf, Timothy (Becky) Korf & Angela Korf and many nieces, nephews and other extended family.

Robert (Bob) will be remembered by his family and friends for his independent spirit, kind heart, generosity and humor. He established his own construction / de-commissioning company.  Robert enjoyed working with his heavy equipment and shared that experience with his nieces and nephews whenever given the opportunity.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, MN 55025.  Family will be greeting friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Interment at Calvary Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to the family.
