Rita Jelinek

Rita M. Jelinek, age 67 of Forest Lake, Minnesota, died Monday, September 17, 2018.  Rita was a life-long, devoted member of The Church of Saint Peter.  She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Ruth; husband, Duane; brother, Larry; special friend, Dave Mattson.  She is survived by her children, James (Patty) Jelinek, Becky Jelinek; grandchildren, Charlie, Annabelle, Jessie, Jamie; siblings, Cathy (Jack) Rosenquist, David Arth, John (Kim) Arth; nieces, nephews, family and dear friends; including “The Girls”.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 21, 2018 at The Church of Saint Peter, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake.  Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake and one hour prior to mass at the church. Private interment at Calvary Cemetery.
