Richard "Dick" Flaherty

Richard “Dick” Flaherty, age 84 of Pine City, Minnesota, died peacefully, Thursday, January 3, 2019 while surrounded by his family.  He is survived by his beloved wife of 66 years, Mabel “Mickey”; children, Richard (Sally), Dennis (Norma), Patrick, Kim (John) Guzman, Timothy (Nancy), Kevin Metty; 14 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; siblings, Larry Flaherty, Margaret “Peggy” Duffy; sister-in-law, Mary Flaherty; other family and friends.

A Celebration of His Life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, January 27, 2019 at the American Legion Post 51, 525 Main St North, Pine City.  A gathering will continue immediately following the service.  Private family interment will be held at Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Heights, Minnesota.
