Preceded in death by her parents, Shirley Schwantes and Greg Peterson; brother, Steve Peterson; sister, Lynn Peterson and nephew, Steven Schwantes. Survived by son, Shane (fiancé Heather), Dannielle (Tim) Dhaene; beloved grandmother to Kurtus, Jessica, Catelyn, Jakob, Hannah, Madison and Emily. Sister to Pam(Bill) Cameron, Dawn Kelley & Jerry Paul, and Nicole (David) Dhaene. Aunt to Corey (Chandra) Cameron and 2 kids, Tracy (Shannon) Schoeberl and four kids, Amy (Benny) Nordin and five kids. Chad Peterson, Jeremy Kelley (fiancé Mary) and 2 kids, Justin (Allison) Kelley and one kid. Jamie (Brandon) Spencer and one child, David Dhaene III and Shyanne Dhaene. Funeral service 6:00 p.m., Monday, March 23, 2009 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation 4:00-6:00 p.m., Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family.
