Raymond H. Frahm Jr.

February 21, 1949 — February 29, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Raymond Harold Frahm Jr., a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. Raymond, fondly known as Ray, was born on February 21, 1949, in Amery, Wisconsin to Raymond Sr. and Dora Frahm. He grew up in SE Minneapolis and graduated from Minneapolis Vocational School in 1967 before serving his country during the Vietnam Conflict.

After his military service, Ray worked as a circuit board manufacturer at the Bureau of Engraving for over 26 years. Outside of work, Ray found solace and joy in the great outdoors, whether it be fishing for walleye, hunting, or camping. His generous spirit and willingness to lend a helping hand endeared him to all who knew him, although his stubbornness was always present, especially when it came to his ideas.
Always one to do things his own way, he took his leap on Leap Day, February 29th.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Sr. and Dora; sister, Diane Lundell.

Ray leaves behind his wife, Susan; children, Leann (Richard) Ottomeyer, Ray (Anna) Frahm III; grandchildren, Isaac Ottomeyer, Alana Frahm, Lexie Frahm, Loranna (Zach) Pyles; great grandson, Ezra Pyles and identical twins (Pyles) expected September 2024; beloved four-legged friend, Shadow; siblings, Elaine (Chuck)  Staley, Nancy Frahm, Roger Frahm; nieces, nephews, family and friends.
