Phil Chwialkowski

Phil Chwialkowski, age 67 of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, died unexpectedly Tuesday, January 19, 2021.  Phil is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Wanda.  He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him including his parents, Ted and Rita; siblings: Becky, Gary, Bruce (Jackie), Keith (Theresa); nieces and nephews: Grace, Adam (Shonda), Emily (Scott) Johnson, Peter (LaNei), Maria (Josh) Lunak; great nieces and great nephews: Rylee, Reese, Ryen, AJ, Hope, Jack, Liv, Maggie, Hattie; many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and his dog named Buddy.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 5, 2021 at The Church of Saint Peter, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake.  PLEASE ENTER THROUGH DOOR #4.  For those who cannot attend, “live streaming” will be available at https://youtu.be/dqSgHLLgAtc .  Interment will be at St. Stephen’s Cemetery in Stephen, MN, in the spring.

The family will greet friends from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. To ensure the safety and health of all in attendance, we will be following the guidelines of Executive Order 20-62.  Please call for additional information if needed.
