Parker Graf

Parker August Graf , at 11 months old, surrounded by love and family, Parker passed away on December 7, 2018.Parker was a fighter throughout his short life and had a heart of a true superhero.He is survived by parents, Anthony and Alissa; sister, Hadley; grandparents, Scott (Renee) Carlson, Joe (Cheri) Graf; great grandparents, Gordy Carlson, Carole Simmons, many aunts, uncles, other family members and friends.  In honor of what a superhero Parker was please wear your favorite superhero attire.

A Funeral Service will be held at 5 PM on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.  Visitation will be 3-5 PM at the funeral home prior to the service.  Private Family Burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
