Norman "Rocky" Rogstad

Norman “Rocky” Rogstad, age 96m of Stacy, Minnesota, passed away peacefully while surrounded by family on August 20, 2025. “Rocky” was born July 20, 1929, to Edward and Nora Rogstad in St. Paul, Minnesota.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Darlene “Yogi”; parents; and brother, Einar. He is survived by son, Dean (Kelly); granddaughters, Amanda (Brandon), Samantha; great-granddaughters, Audriana, Lyla; great grandson, Levi; nieces, Sharon, Colleen (John), Linda (Rick), Sandy and many other special nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, September 6, 2025 from 1-3 PM, at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, Minnesota. The family appreciates the kind sentiment floral arrangements, but they are not expected.
