Nancy Jo Chase, passed away peacefully on August 15th, 2021 surrounded by family.
She is survived by her two children; Evan (Breanne) Tepler and Emily (Jon) Tepler, grandchildren Brianna and Anya, her fur child, Olivia and her brothers; Richard, Michael and David.
Join us in a celebration of life on Saturday August 21st, 2021 at Emily and Jon's from 12-4pm.
