LeRoy Mann

LeRoy A. Mann of Forest Lake MN went to be home with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ peacefully on December 11, 2020 at the age of 87.  He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 58 years, Nancy (Gerry) December 2013; brothers, Virgil and Ben.  He was an inspiration to all.  He will be missed by his loving family.  He is survived by his three sons, Mark (Melissa), Kevin (Valory), Dennis (Mary), 13 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren; siblings, Bill and Franny.  LeRoy grew up dairy farming in Princeton MN.  He left the family farm at the age of 19. Farming was his first love, so he continued farming in North Branch.  One job was never enough, in 1978 he purchased a small butcher shop which turned into a large wholesale distributor in Minneapolis called Swanson Meats, Inc.  LeRoy loved hard work, helping others, he could fix anything and would help anyone.  On Sundays he would stop his hard work to attend church and spend time with his family.

Private graveside services will be held at Sunrise Cemetery, Sunrise, Minnesota.
