Landyn Patrick Shaffer

Landyn Patrick Shaffer, age 17 of Forest Lake, Minnesota, passed away tragically early Sunday morning, October 29, 2023 in a car accident. Landyn was born on January 7, 2006. He grew up in Stillwater, Mahtomedi, and most recently lived in Forest Lake. He was a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend who brought immense joy into the lives of those around him. Landyn had a contagious smile and gorgeous blue eyes that could brighten the darkest of days. He had a playful sense of humor that would always get a laugh. He leaves behind parents, Dannelle Shaffer-Buschette, Travis Buschette, and Joseph Ledoux; his siblings, Greycee, Ryder, and Chase; grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A funeral service to honor Landyn’s life will be held at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, Minnesota.  Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m., until the time of service at the funeral home.
