Preceded in death by her father, Max Olsen; and sister, Cindy Jewell. She is survived by her daughter, Katie; mother, Judith Olsen; siblings, Max (Candis), Kelly (Sue), Pamela, and Jennifer; brother-in-law, Brian Jewell; and grandmother, Lewisa Olsen.
Gathering of family and friends 5:00~8:00 p.m., Monday, November 17, 2008 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.
