Kelly Michelle Wakefield, age 37, formerly of Forest Lake and Cambridge, died on Oct. 7, 2014. Preceded in death by step-dad, Ray LaBore; and grandparents. She is survived by mom, Karen LaBore; dad, Dan (Pam) Wakefield; biological children, Nickolas, Jordan, Hannah; brothers, Derek Wakefield and Jesse LaBore; step-siblings, Debbie (David) Treadwell, Chad (June) Norberg; many other relatives and friends. We will miss you, Beautiful Girl. Memorial service 11:00 a.m., Monday, October13, 2014 at Maranatha Assembly of God, 24799 Forest Blvd. North. Gathering of family and friends 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for Kelly's children.
