John M. "Jack" Nelson, age 90 of Anoka went home to his Lord on August 11, 2016. Survived by loving wife, Dolores, of 65 years; children, Jeanne, Cyndy (Scott), Greg; grandchildren, Elizabeth (Matt) Krinke, Brian; siblings-in-law, Carol Nelson, Luther & Mavis Carlson, Luverne Lundeberg. Preceded in death by sister, Eva Whalen; brother, Hilding Nelson. Celebration of Life service 1:00 pm on Thursday, August 18 at Zion Lutheran Church 1601 4th Avenue, Anoka. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to International Bible Givers.
