Jerry Gardner D.D.S

Jerry G. Gardner, age 76 of Forest Lake, Minnesota, died Tuesday, February 6, 2018.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Hazel (Richardson) Gardner.  He is survived by his siblings, Dean (Evelyn) Gardner, Nancy (Jerry) Aljets; other family and friends.

Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 24, 2018 at Linwood Township Cemetery, 22871 Typo Creek Drive, Linwood, Minnesota.
