Janice Lehner-Reil

Janice Lehner-Reil, age 73, of Lindstrom, passed away peacefully after a long fight with ILD on Friday, January 16, 2026. She was born on January 30, 1952, in North St. Paul.

Jan is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Duane Reil; her parents, Lloyd and Lela Olson; her brother, Dean Olson; and sister-in-law and friend, Mickey Gruett.

Jan is survived by her twin sister, Janet Bourgoin; sister, Shirley (Denny) Larson; three children; Christopher (Ashley) Lehner, Tasha (David) Boyd, and Joshua (Jillian) Lehner. She was blessed with 8 grandchildren, Mikahla Lehner (Nathan), Marissa De Keyrel (Kaleb), Madysun Lehner, Dawson Boyd (Alison), Matthew Boyd, Nathan Boyd, Preston Lehner, Ezra Lehner, 4+ great‑grandchildren; Evelynn, Isabelle, Adelaine, Malakai and one more on the way, numerous other loving family members and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held at 1 PM, on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 N Shore Dr., Forest Lake.  Family will greet friends beginning at 12 PM at the funeral home. Burial at St Patrick's Cemetery, 10499 Rich Valley Blvd, Inver Grove Heights, to follow.  

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Northwoods Humane Society.
