James "Jim" Loughney

James "Jim" F. Loughney, age 57, of Wyoming, Minnesota.  We gained a new guardian angel on Sunday, August 8, 2021 when Jim died unexpectedly.  Jim was a tinker, loved by everyone, and above all a devoted family man who will be deeply missed.  He was a talented cabinet maker at Jerry’s Kitchen, Forest Lake, Minnesota.  He is preceded in death by his father, George Loughney Sr.  He is survived by his beloved wife, Tracey; sons, Jake (Elizabeth), Mike; grandson, Seamus; mother, Patricia Bougie; siblings, George Jr., Lisa (Danny) White, Kelly (Warren) Weller, Donna (Don) Peterson; Patty Loughney; other family and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 16, 2021 at The Church of Saint Peter, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake.  The family will greet friends from 3:00-6:00 p.m., Saturday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake and one hour prior to Mass Monday at the church.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
