James "Jim" Andres

James “Jim” Andres, age 74 of Forest Lake, Minnesota, passed away while at home on October 18, 2023.  

Jim loved spending time gardening and just being out in nature.  He especially enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters.

Jim is preceded in death by his wife, Judy; parents, Joseph and Cecilia; brother, Leonard (Carolyn); and nephew, Rick.

He is survived by daughter, Joy (Michael) Atkinson; son, Jason; granddaughters, Noel, Emma, Haley; brothers, Robert (Kathy), Raymond (Rita); many nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.

A visitation will be held 6-7 pm, on Monday, October 23, 2023, at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, Minnesota.

A second visitation will be held 10-11 am, on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home, 120 Fritz Ave E., Ladysmith, WI 54848.  Burial will take place at Conrath Cemetery, immediately following the visitation time at the Nash-Jackan Funeral Home on Wednesday.
