James William Annand, age 73, of Deer River, Minnesota died Saturday, September 19, 2009 surrounded by his family. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Margaret. He will be dearly missed by his daughters, Kim (James) Scherer, Lisa (Michael Horgan) Annand; granddaughter Emily Scherer. A private family graveside service will be held. Memorials are preferred to the family.
