Hans M. Geidans, age 53, of Ironton, Minnesota, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 16, 2014. He is preceded in death by his father, Evalds "Pete" Geidans; brother Peter Geidans. He will be deeply missed by his mother, Thea Geidans; siblings, Sigrida "Sigi" (Robert) Nixon, Ilga (Paul) Janouskovec, Ingrid DeVries, Karl Geidans, Margaret (Robert) Michaels, Kathy (Brian) Dow; beloved cat, Bundy; many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Graveside Services will be held at 12:30 p.m., Saturday July 26, 2014 at Lakeview Cemetery, Aitkin, Minnesota. Immediately following the graveside service a gathering of family and friends will be held at Aitkin City Park. Memorials are preferred to Assertive Community Treatment Services, 606 Front Street, Brainerd, MN 56401.
