Grace Coppini

Coppini, Grace Theresa (Patak), age 91, loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother was born in Vienna, Austria on February 13, 1911. Came to Minnesota in 1912 and Stacy, Minnesota in 1913. Grace graduated from North Branch High School in 1928. She married Eugene Coppini of St. Paul in 1938. Passed to glory on July 3, 2002. Among her varied interests were baking and flower gradening. She was very active in church activities at St. John's Lutheran Church in Stacy. Preceded in death by her parents Lorenz and Theresa (Schuch) Patak, her husband Eugene in 1978, grandson Scott Nybeck, brothers Carl Patak and Warner Patak. Survived by daughters Angela Warner of Las Vegas, NV and Jeanne (Mel) Aslakson of Stacy, MN; grandchildren, Todd (Becca) Nybeck of Bismark, ND, Teri (Greg) Kaslow of Stacy, MN and Cindy (Chris) Johnson of Spread Eagle, WI & great grandchildren Katya and Tatiana. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends. Funeral services 2 PM Tuesday, July 9, 2002 in St. John's Lutheran Church at Stacy, MN. Visitation Monday evening 5-8 PM in Mattson Funeral Home at Forest Lake. Burial will be in the Stacy Cemetery.
