George E. Longaker, age 73 of Forest Lake, Minnesota, loving husband of Sharol L. Longaker, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2010 after a fight with cancer. He loved his country, his land and wildlife. George was part owner of Anderson Iris Garden, Forest Lake. He is survived by his wife; brother-in-law, Allen M. (Sandra Isham) Anderson; sisters-in-law, Sandra L. (Ralph) Junker, Dawn E. (Arnold) Gruhn; nephews, Shaun D. Junker, Jay A. Anderson, Philip Hagen.
Graveside Services with full military honors will be held at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at Sunset Cemetery, 2250 St. Anthony Blvd. NE, Minneapolis.
