Died from complications of Parkinson’s Disease.
Preceded in death by father Walter; daughter Berta; sister Mary Hegstrom. He is survived by his life partner Sharon Raehsler; mother Sonja Palmer; children, Bill (Dayna) Palmer, Becky (Larry) Ferrier, Roger (Leah) Palmer, Jeff Kurilla, Debbie (Ray) Buhil, Kim Wallraff, Gary (Sharon) Kosman; 18 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; sisters, Doris (Paul) Tyler, Ruth (Ed) Frandle; nieces, nephews and many friends.
Celebration of Life 4 PM, Sunday, January 31, 2010 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Family will greet friends from 1 PM until the time of services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
