Francis LaBelle

LaBelle, Francis F., age 91, of Forest Lake, died August 6, 2001 peacefully at home surrounded by his family. Preceded in death by 8 brothers, Andrew, Eugene, Alfred, Harry, Joseph, Edward, Roy and Elzear LaBelle; 2 sisters, Josephine Bernard and Irene Thill. Survived by wife of 67 years, Verona; daughter, June (Charlie) Fitch; grandchildren, Jessica (Tim) Ostman, Deborah (Scott) Peterson, Rebekah (Eddie) Castle, Grant (Lori) Fitch, David (Julie) Fitch, Mark (Heather) Fitch, Matthew Fitch, Nonna Fitch; 3 great grandchildren, Nathan & Ethan Peterson, Isaiah Fitch. Francis was a Co-Founder of Forest Hills Golf Club, was on the REA Board of Directors for Anoka County and he loved to play golf. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
