Doris Moore

Doris Jean Moore, age 90, of Mahtomedi, Minnesota, died Friday, June 10, 2022.  Doris was born July 16, 1931, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa the daughter of George and Genevieve (nee McKenna) Kopetsky.   After attending Cedar Rapids High School, Doris went on to begin her working career.  She was united in marriage to William “Bill” Kenneth Moore June 12, 1950.  For many years she worked as an accountant at several different businesses.  She loved bus trips to the casino including hosting the trips and traveling around the United States.

She is preceded in death by her parents; first husband, John M Henderson; second husband, William K. Moore; daughter, Diane Moffett; son-in-law, Jim Bedell; sisters, Dorothy Kopetsky, Patty Kopetsky, Marcella Janssen; brothers-in-law, Loren (Buck) Broxey and Robert (Bob) Janssen

She is survived by her children, Larry (Stuart Salokar) Moore, Linda Bedell; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, George (Barbara) Kopetsky, Mary Ann Broxey, Jim (Eleanor) Kopetsky; other family and friends.

In respecting Doris’ wishes, no formal service will be held.
