Preceded in death by father Arthur Bakken; twin brother Duane Bakken; stepfather Louis Bjorgo.
Donna’s greatest love was her family and friends. She leaves behind Ray, her loving husband of 41 years; children, Stephanie (Dayle) Murray-Imlay, Chad (Kate); mother Ruth Bjorgo; grandchildren - Dylan, Tommy, Konner, Justine, and Elizabeth; siblings - Jacki (Bruce) Wanless, Steve (Yvette) Bakken, Terry (Steff) Bakken, and Julie (David) Speller; many nieces, nephews, friends; and generations of her daycare kids that remain close to this day.
A Celebration of Donna’s life will be at 11 AM, Saturday, November 28, 2009 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Her family will greet friends from 9-11 AM, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, Mall of America, 301 South Avenue, Bloomington, MN 55425
