Much loved husband, dad, and grandpa
age 45 of Forest Lake, passed away suddenly on June 5, 2009
Preceded in death by father Donald Martin Sr.; stepfather Bud Struss; sister Dori.
He will be forever missed by his loving wife of 25 years, Terri; children, Jennifer Lynn (Danny) Blahowski , Dianna Marie (Chris Rogers), Samantha Jo (Gerald Frenzel), Donald Martin III (Chrystle Uhl); mother, Shirley Struss; grandchildren, Charles, Brandon, Daniel, Destiny Lynn, Joseph, Leon; sisters; brothers-in-law; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation 4-8 PM, Monday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.
