Norring, Dean L. Age 63, of Hugo, passed on March 24, 2016. He is preceded in death by parents, Norm and Gloria; daughter, Jessica; and brother, Norm Jr. He is survived by wife, Colleen; children, Justina and Dustin; grandson, Logan; siblings, Larry (Barb), Daryl, Tom, Nancy (Wayne) Loken and Brenda (Chris) Greer; and many nieces and nephews. Dean loved the outdoors and making people laugh. Memorials sent to the family. A Celebration of Life will be held at Vannelli's By The Lake in Forest Lake, MN on Saturday, May 7th at 2:00 pm.
