Danita Fay Houle, age 58, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 17, 2018.  Danita loved the outdoors and life, from learning to fish with her dad and siblings to being a part of the Majorettes.  Her home in Forest Lake meant so much to her and being at the 4th of July celebration, was a must.  Some of her fondest memories from her childhood, were spending Sunday afternoons at her grandparent’s house, with the cousins.  Her seven grandkids brought her so much joy and getting to spend time with them and her three daughters were everything to her.  She is preceeded in death by her parents, Daniel and Karen Houle and sister Brenda.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.  She is survived by her daughters, Amanda  (Randy), Mindy (Brandon) and Carissa; her grandchildren, Kara (Tyler), Justin, Addison, Audrina, Garrett, Kennedy and Brooklyn; her brother, Wayde (Sonja); niece and nephews and many other family and friends.  Family will greet friends from 1:30 p.m. until her Memorial Service at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, October 29, 2018 at Mattson Funeral Home 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, MN 55025.  She will be laid to rest at Elim Lutheran Cemetery in Scandia, MN.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
