Christine A. Williams

Christine Ann Williams, age 44, of Chisago City, Minnesota, died Sunday, November 13, 2022, while surrounded by her family following complications from Leukemia.  Christine was born, November 22, 1977, in Coon Rapids, Minnesota the daughter of Kenneth and Helen (Johnsen) Williams.  She grew up in Champlin, graduating from Champlin Park High School, Class of 1996.  She went on to further her education, studying healthcare.  Christine worked as a certified nursing assistant at several nursing homes before transitioning to healthcare administration working at United Hospital in Saint Paul as a patient registrar.  In her free time, she enjoyed gardening, reading, experimenting with new recipes, and being with her family and friends, including her beloved furry companion, Sita.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents and her father, Kenneth Williams; devoted companion of 16 years, Sita.  She will be forever missed and loved by those who knew her, especially her fiancé, Dan Johnson; mother, Helen (William) Kriesel; sister, Theresa Williams; many aunts, uncles, family, and friends.

A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 28, 2022, at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.  The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  For those unable to attend, her service will be livestreamed at www.mattsonfuneralhome.com
