Carol Ann DaBruzzi

Carol Ann (LaClair) DaBruzzi, age 86, of Forest Lake, Minnesota; formerly of St. Paul’s Rice Street area died at her home while surrounded by her family on Friday, November 11, 2022.  Carol is preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Till (Wagner) LaClair; brother, Jerry; sister-in-law, Nancy.  She is survived by her adoring husband, Henry “Sonny” of 66 years; loving children, Michael Henry (Brenda) DaBruzzi, Sharon (Kurt) Larson, Connie (Jon) Isakson; grandchildren, Henry (April) DaBruzzi, Andy (Liz) Larson, TJ (Laura) DaBruzzi, Bob DaBruzzi, Erica Larson, PJ Witt, Denise DaBruzzi, Kelsey Witt; 10 great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.  Carol loved to gather with family and friends to play cards and celebrate life.  She was a mom to many of the neighborhood kids who affectionately called her Mrs. D.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at The Church of Saint Peter, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake with a luncheon to follow.  For those unable to attend, mass will be live streamed at https://youtu.be/xi2uCA6ihRg. The family will greet friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake and continue one hour prior to mass at the church.  Private family interment at Roselawn Cemetery, Roseville, Minnesota.  Memorials are preferred to St. Peter’s Catholic School, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake, Minnesota 55025.
