Beatrice Bloom

Beatrice "Bea" Bloom, age 101 of St. Paul, Minnesota passed away peacefully on April 23, 2017. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert; grandchildren, Earl J. Tourville, Paul Hickey; great grandson, Earl Tourville; daughters in law, Kay and Marie. Survived by sons, James Tourville, Roger (Roberta) Tourville, Richard ( Bonnie) Hickey; daughter, Cathy (Bill) Carlson; 16 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 13 great-great- grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and other extended family. Bea's greatest love was her family which she referred to as her "tribe". She was a caregiver to all whom she came in contact with. Special thanks to all the nurses, aids, therapy dogs and staff at Birchwood Health Care Center in Forest Lake for the wonderful care they gave her the last six years.

Family will greet friends from 2:00 p.m. until time of her Celebration of Life at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 N. Shore Drive, Forest Lake, Minnesota. Private Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Pinky Swear Foundation.
