Violet Swanson

Violet Swanson, age 94 Beloved Mother and Grandmother Longtime Forest Lake and Danbury, WI resident, Vi passed away on October 5, 2012 after a short, peaceful time. She was a well known farmer and bus driver in Forest Lake. Preceded in death by husband, Melvin. She is survived by her children, Darrell (Diane), Richard (Bonnie), Danna Feldmann, Dolly Gardner; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. Funeral service 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Faith Lutheran Church, 886 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation 4-7 p.m., Wednesday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation will continue one hour prior to service at the church. Interment at Scandinavian Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Faith Lutheran Church, Forest Lake or Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Webster, WI.
