Preceded in death by her parents, Ray & Leora Purdy; three sisters; and one brother.
She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, David; daughters, Tammy (Dan) Nelson, Nancy (Doug) Poppens; grandchildren, Andrew, Alyssa, Justin, and Nathan; many nieces and nephews.
Rachel was a longtime friend of Bill W. She will always be remembered for her infectious humor.
Memorial service 7 PM, Sunday, Feb. 17, 2008 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Gathering of family and friends 5:30 until time of service.
