Elaine Olseen

Elaine A. Olseen, age 88, of Forest Lake, passed away on August 16, 2012. Elaine was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on February 16, 1924 to Vladimir Brioschi and Anna Thorson. She is preceded in death by parents; husband, Carl and dear friend Marcella Sundquist. She is survived by her daughters, Joan (Jerry Schreyer), Carol; sister, Nancy (Marvin) Merle; brothers, Harold (Mariann) Brioschi, Eugene (Joanne) Brioschi and their families. A Celebration of Elaine's Life will be held at 7:00 p.m., Monday, August 20, 2012 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. The family will greet friends two hours prior to the celebration at the funeral home. Private interment will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at a later date. Special thanks to the Birchwood Health Care Center MCU staff for keeping Elaine busy, happy and safe in recent years.
